1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Estimates (UK & International)
To offer you the most innovative gadgets at the best prices, we ship directly from our international distribution centres.

United Kingdom: Estimated 7-15 business days.

Europe & International: Estimated 10-20 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) may occasionally extend delivery times.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer Fast Insured Shipping on all orders. Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Tech Finder is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note for UK customers: For most orders under £135, VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout.
6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our international warehouse due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local courier service (e.g., Royal Mail) directly. The Tech Finder is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
