This website is operated by The Tech Finder. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Tech Finder. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

 

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - DROPSHIPPING & SHIPPING DISCLOSURE

The customer acknowledges that The Tech Finder operates as a dropshipping retailer.

  • Fulfillment: Products are dispatched directly from our international suppliers to the customer.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. While we aim for 7-12 business days for the UK, delays beyond our control (customs, postal strikes) may occur.

  • Import Duties & VAT: For UK orders under £135, VAT is typically collected at checkout. For orders exceeding this amount, the customer may be responsible for import duties/taxes upon delivery.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF PRICING AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.

SECTION 4 - CONSUMER RIGHTS & CANCELLATIONS (UK)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty).

  • Faulty Goods: If a gadget is received faulty or develops a fault within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

SECTION 5 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

The Tech Finder does not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
